Scope
With this privacy policy, users are provided with information about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider.
The legal framework for data protection is provided by the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Collection of General Information
With each access to this service, information is automatically collected by us or the web space provider. This information, also known as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
The following data is collected, among other things: name of the website, file, date, data volume, web browser and web browser version, operating system, the domain name of your internet service provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our service), and the IP address.
Without this data, it would be technically partly impossible to deliver and display the contents of the website. Therefore, the collection of data is absolutely necessary. In addition, we use the anonymous information for statistical purposes. They help us optimize the service and the technology. We also reserve the right to retrospectively check the log files if there is a suspicion of illegal use of our service.
Provision of Paid Services
In order for us to provide paid services, we request additional data. This applies, for example, to payment information.
To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we utilize encryption protocols (such as SSL) over HTTPS, reflecting the current state of the art technology.
Contact Form
When you contact us via the online form or email, we store the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and address any follow-up questions.
Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
Our offering includes content, services, and features provided by third-party providers. These may include maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube, as well as graphics and images from other websites. In order to access and display this data in the user's browser, the transmission of the IP address is necessary. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") thus perceive the IP address of the respective user.
While we make every effort to only use third-party providers that require the IP address solely for the purpose of delivering content, we have no control over whether the IP address may be stored. In such cases, this process serves, among other things, statistical purposes. If we become aware that the IP address is being stored, we will inform our users accordingly.
Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer by the server. They contain information about the browser, IP address, operating system, and internet connection. We do not disclose this data to third parties or link it with personal information without your consent.
Cookies serve two main purposes. They help us facilitate navigation through our offerings and enable the correct display of the website. They are not used to introduce viruses or launch programs.
Users have the option to access our offerings without cookies. To do so, the corresponding settings need to be changed in the browser. Please consult your browser's help function to learn how to disable cookies. However, we would like to point out that this may impair certain functions of the website and restrict user convenience. The websites http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ (USA) and http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ (Europe) allow you to manage online advertising cookies.

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and shortened there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
Furthermore, you can prevent Google's collection and use of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: Browser Add-on for disabling Google Analytics.
For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html or https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/.
Google AdWords
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of that, conversion tracking. Google AdWords sets a cookie on your computer if you have clicked on a Google ad and arrived at our website. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained through the use of conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can easily disable the Google conversion tracking cookie through your internet browser's user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. For more information, please refer to Google's privacy policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
Facebook Social Plug-in
We integrate social plug-ins from the social network Facebook (address: 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) on our websites. You can recognize the plug-ins - an overview can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/Plug-ins/ - by the Like button or the Facebook logo.
When you visit one of our web pages with a Facebook plug-in, a direct connection is established with Facebook. We have no control over the nature and extent of the data collected, stored, and processed by Facebook. We can only inform you to the best of our knowledge.
Facebook is informed through the plug-in that you have accessed the corresponding webpage of our offering, even if you are not registered with Facebook. In this case, there is a possibility that Facebook may store the IP address.
If you are a Facebook member and logged in, the visit to a webpage with a Facebook plug-in can be assigned to your Facebook user account. Furthermore, the plug-ins transmit all interactions, such as using the Like button or leaving a comment.
To prevent Facebook from storing data about you, please log out of Facebook before visiting our web pages. You can also block the plug-ins with browser add-ons (e.g., "Facebook Blocker").
For information on Facebook's privacy policy, the purpose and scope of data collection and processing, and privacy settings, please visit: http://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php.
Data Minimization
We store personal data in accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data minimization for only as long as necessary or as required by law (legal retention period). Once the purpose of the collected information is no longer applicable or the retention period ends, we will block or delete the data.
Your Rights to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion, and Objection
You have the right to request, free of charge, information about the personal data stored by us and/or to request correction, blocking, or deletion. Exceptions apply: This applies to data storage required for business transactions or data subject to legal retention obligations.
For these purposes, please contact our data protection officer (contact details at the beginning of the privacy policy).
To be able to consider a data block at any time, it is necessary to keep the data in a blocking file for control purposes. If there is no legal obligation to archive the data, you can also request its deletion. Otherwise, we will block the data if you so wish.
Change to Our Privacy Policy
In order to ensure that our privacy policy always complies with the latest legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the privacy policy needs to be adjusted due to new or revised services, such as new service offerings. The new privacy policy will take effect on your next visit to our platform.
